Cougars fail to suck out the poison...

Though I missed it, the report was a 3-2 loss to the Vipers. Goals against not great, but goals for are always good!

Thanks for the subbing from a couple of Coro peeps, and the goalkeeping from Jacks, who hates goalkeeping almost as much as I do, and for Evan's right foot for the goals...

Summer Season '09

Word on the street is that the new season is starting up this Sunday, but I haven't yet gotten kickoff times or confirmation from Rudolf.

Good work to the Cougs who made it last weekend and reduced our goals against in a 0-0 tie vs. Sirk. Hopefully we can get some goals for this weekend!

Game this Sunday at 12:30pm vs. Team Douche (aka 79ers). It's time for some payback - we lost to them 1-0 early in the season, and there's no way we'll go down this time.

If we win, it's up against the winner of Coro vs. Pickpockets - and I know that there are some of us who'd love another shot at Coro as well.

Please let me know if you're CougIN. We need a good, strong showing this Sunday to keep our season going!

please respond by tomorrow if you're around this weekend & can bring friends. All matches are scheduled, but we can decide whether or not to play depending on how it looks.

Last week's match was a forfeit due to low turnout (including my own) and we'll likely have low numbers this weekend and next. We're playing great football when we show up - but it would be a shame to finish the season poorly for lack of people.
