Good work for our first go in the Sunday league Cougs! Next season begins either 6/8 or 6/15. The jerseys are supposed to be arriving at my place tomorrow - just in time for the start of our run to the championships!

Here's the roster I'm gonna give to the league - anyone missing?

CougIN: Sage, Annie, Trevor, Rich, Leslie, Abby, Alexis, Sandwich, Jacks, Jake, Scott, Alex, Emilio, Kevin, Deana(ish)

Days: Sunday
Cost: $75/Cougar - Paypal
Games: 6-7+ with playoffs
Fields: Stanton Street or Grand Street
Start Times: 12pm-2:30pm (is there consensus as to preferred start times? does a 2pm start time not work for anyone - no guarantees here, but I can ask the league)

Cougs Lose to Italy

Missing the full complement of women (though Deana was present with sprained knee to offer support) and a couple of men, the Cougs fought to a narrow 1-0 loss yesterday at the Grand Street Field. Short on options at the front, we defended tirelessly, and deserved a goal, if not the win.

Next game this Sunday at Stanton Street - 12:30 vs. Salvador-Mexico. Let's close the season with a win!
